Student Development Programme

As we all know that India is emerging as a global superpower in almost all domains. In the last few years India has emerged as one of the fastest growing economies in the world. We should know that presently India has the largest working age population, which would continue to be the same till 2050. It will be the young generation that will take us to become one of the largest global economies.

Due to the very fact thousands of students wish to acquire Technical Education and be the part of the development of the country. Engineering and Management colleges are coming up at a tremendous pace all across the country. Statistics reveal that in past 10 years the number of professional institutions has grown many folds in all the parts of the country. But situation at the ground level is a bit different , leaving the premier institutes aside ,majority of institutes are failing to provide industry ready professional , hardly 20 -25% of this force is employable .

To address this in the national perspective, ECDC is working toward holistic development of the Institute and imparting the relevant skills that enable students achieve the desired objective to seek employment into the desired industrial sectors. The Student Development Program at ECDC is a ambitious step in bringing the educational institution under the able mentorship of industry professionals and aim at nurturing the right skills required to be a holistic individual and a skillful professional ready to be absorbed by the industry.

Program Training Methodology

Research shows that to ensure long-term learning, the participant must get involved Through thematic, interactive sessions, using learner-friendly materials and contexts the participants are given such learning experience...

  • Using materials that reinforce and establish a strong grasp of all the four skills i.e. reading, writing, listening and speaking essential for future workplace communication.

  • Program inputs will include essential tools like vocabulary, language structure, rules of grammar and practice exercises.

  • Blended learning with a mix of Multimedia (Video and Audio), Print and classroom interactions.

In addition to the above each session will have the following components:

  • Vocabulary

  • Grammar

  • Listening

  • Speaking

  • Reading

  • Writing

  • Conversation
